Your dog will be transported to an from your home at no extra charge in my fully equipped and air conditioned van that has the best in custom made, fitted, lockable cages for transport. Each cage has it’s own non-spill water bowl and a comfortable foam mattress covered with a soft, warm vet bed, topped with a highly absorbent, comfy “noodle” mat so that your pet gets as dry as possible on the journey home.
You are always very welcome to take a look inside to see how your pet will be transported.
Before returning your dog to your home, I will ensure they have been towel dried and paws cleaned as well as possible. If you have a fox poo roller I will also endeavour to remove as much of it as I can. Your dog will be given an individual bandana on each walk with my contact number in the unlikely event that he or she runs off.
I operate a free key service and your key will be kept on an anonymous tag safely locked away at all times. If you prefer not to leave a key with me, there will be a small pick up and drop off charge to collect and return the key for each walk.
If you have any specific requirements please do let me know as I will always endeavour to accommodate these. Whilst in my care, I provide leads so that yours can stay safely at home.
Sirius Dog Training
I have closely studied the Sirius Dog Training method by Ian Dunbar and use it to train the dog’s who I’m asked to help with. I’m a firm supporter of force-free training and an advocate for puppy socialisation from an early age. The more people and other dog’s that a puppy safely encounters whilst very young, the better the outcome for a confident and well behaved dog in the future. Puppies who have little or no contact with different people and dog’s can often become fearful, an unfortunate state that is so easily avoided. If you have a new puppy and would like me to help with it’s training, please do ask as I’m happy to help.
